Book an appointment

1. How do I book an appointment with ufirst?

To book an appointment at one of our partner facilities, just geolocate yourself in your city or choose it manually from the homepage of the app and search, among those present, the structure where you want to book an appointment.

Once chosen, click on the desired service, enter your name and your phone number and finally choose the day and time you like to get the appointment among those proposed by the facility.

Now click on the Confirm button and you will see your appointment in the Reservations section of the app!



2. My appointment is in the afternoon but I don’t remember the time

Don’t worry, you can check at any time date and time of your appointment by going to the Reservations section of the ufirst app! There you will find your virtual reservation and related informations.

In any case, you will receive a notification from the ufirst app 30 minutes before your appointment.

3. My appointment is in a couple of days, how can I not forget?

Don’t worry! The day before your appointment, at 18:30, you will receive a notification in the ufirst app that will remind you time and place of your appointment!

4. Can I make more than one appointment at a time for the same service?

In order to avoid improper use of the appointment booking system, it is not possible to have more than one reservation at the same time for the same service. After the end of the appointment, you will get the chance to book another one with the same ufirst account.

5. Can I cancel my appointment?

Of course, you can cancel your appointment anytime and in less than a minute!

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open the ufirst app and sign in to your account
  2. Go to the Reservations section of the app at the bottom of the app screen
  3. Click on the appointment to be deleted
  4. Delete it via the basket icon that appears at the top right, next to your appointment
  5. Done! You deleted your appointment!
