Virtually Queueing

1. Get in line virtually with the ufirst app

In order to get a digital ticket on our app, just access the point of interest and tap on the service where you want to virtually queue up! It’s like standing in a single line, but from the phone! ufirst keeps the place to yourself and alerts you when your turn is approaching.

Remember: the virtual queue service we offer allows you to queue virtually in a line only and exclusively for the current day.

1b. Access the virtual queue directly in the structure, app-free

Some points on ufirst allow you to queue even if you do not use the ufirst app: you can go to the store and use the touchscreen totem to get a reservation, or ask the staff dedicated to the entrance, leaving your name and/or your telephone number, so as to be queued in progressive order. Depending on the case, you will be notified via SMS or directly from the store staff. In this way, we try to provide an experience that can meet the needs of all people, digitalized or not.

2. Keep an eye on the line

You can check at any time the progress of the queue, updated in real time, directly on the page of your reservation, which is on the  Reservations section.

3. ufirst sends you two notifications while you’re in line

A first notification reminds you that it’s time to stay close to the access point of the reserved service. The second notification comes right when you’re next to be served! Get ready and check the monitors to see which counters you have to go to.

Did you accidentally deactivate the notifications? To reactivate them, go to your phone’s settings, find the Notifications section, search ufirst and enable consent to receive notifications.

4. Show up at the counter to be served

After receiving the notification inviting you to approach the facility, show up in front of the operator at the entrance or at the dedicated counter and shows the virtual ticket in the app or the notification received via SMS. The staff of the facility will serve you according to your chosen service.

Delete a reservation

In the event of an error or if you are unable to show up on time, you will have to make another reservation, cancelling the existing one that you find in Reservations. In the same way you can also delete reservations that you no longer need.
